Musicians' ear plugs can be ordered at just about any hearing aid clinic. The custom fit is a big part of what makes them so good. I wish I had the 4175 to order a pair.

I use the foam ear plugs to sleep also. Sometimes because of my wife's snoring and other times to block out the sound of her humidifier.

I also use them at the dentist, too many sounds that cause body tension.

wtrpk - oh yes, definitely the fatigue is gone. I'm completely functioning except for these limits now:

- I have some anxiety that just started and it's bringing on a slight depression as I can't figure out how to get rid of the anxiety. lol.

- My exercise limits right now are right around walking 2 miles. I cannot run yet I don't know if it's the visual stimulation or the bouncing of my head or both.

- My memory is still impaired and in general I'm just not the person i was. Sometimes I just "wing it" instead of confidently approach an intellectual task. I'm just not completely there. : )

No other limits that I know of. fatigue, pain, easy overstimulation, and ringing in my ears are all gone.

Meditation, yoga, tai chi, and others (even acupuncture from what I've heard) work for a lot of folks without having to go the medicinal route.

There are also some dietary and supplemental measures that work.

Depending on your history, there could be a hormonal component as well, which can be tested for and then addressed accordingly.
