I notice that when I read I'm wiped out. I'm not sure if this is actually from reading, relaxing, or what,...but I wipe out...feel like I need a nap but I don't actually sleep...just lay there in a zone for 20 mins or half hour. Is this normal??
I usually read before bed ..TO EXHAUST me so I can sleep. |

Reading caused me headaches. I'm sure there are several factors. For me, it was 1) concentration and 2) visual problems with binocularity. It has gotten much better since I completed vision therapy.

It's funny that you posted this right now.
I have been extremely tired recently, mid day, but unable to nap. However, I have been reading more lately, to try to escape boredom and depression. I don't get headaches, so I didn't think it was that big of a deal. However that could explain my surge in exhaustion. |

how much are you reading at a time...more than 15 mins? My max is about 10 and I start noticing the fatigue. I'm saving most reading for right before bed as its relaxing and exhausting!!!
