Default one year mark

omg -- i am hitting the one year mark tomorrow and i'm so upset. I just can't believe how much my life has changed.

I can't drive far...get exhausted and headache
grocery shopping is awful...feel like crap when I get back
computer ...limited
tv...limited
reading ...exhausting
being with friends...pain in head
talking too much...makes head hurt too
exhausted from everything!

I'm so sick of my life like this. I'm a mom...I need to get better fast..or faster! My husband says i'm miles from where I was a year ago, but I still feel so much like crap that I can't stand it!!

And...my neurologist says its anxiety! Well...newsflash if I didn't have the symptoms I wouldn't have the anxiety!!!!!

He told me its "an underlying anxiety that has manifested itself" and thats why the post concussive symptoms are so bad...get the anxiety under control!

I just needed to rant! sorry guys!

when will it get better????
