Default hubby has started...

physical therapy (to hopefully help with some of the balance issues, hand eye/co-ordination). They recommended playing the Wii - especially the bowling/tennis/baseball as well as the Wii fit using the balance board. They utilize the Wii in their physical therapy practice.

Also just started playing games on Lumosity (brain training exercises) and, I confess, I'm a Pogo addict and he's just found a few games on their he likes (check out "Clue" where they hide objects inside a complex picture and you have to find them.

Mildly entertaining, but VERY theraputic also.

Guitar is also very good, though hubby finds it to be over-stimulating (prolly cuz it utilizes so many senses).

Peace, grace and healing to you...
Amy
