I have an occassional setback such as a minor bump to the head (a month ago), or a discussion laden w/stress (yesterday).
The result- nasty pain, especially when laying down to bed that lasts- a day. A week? Of course my goal is to avoid all mistakes & stress, but was wondering- How often do you run into a problem w/your recovery? Thanks- |

I haven't bumped my head again, but I feel changed still... it doesn't seem to be changing...
I am a happy person, but am tired of the different me. I never slurred my words, in fact, I was something of a wordsmith... Now I just feeel tired of all this, incredibly tired of it... |

I have had a few setbacks....it varies for me....sometimes it is a few days, others it is a few weeks. I guess this is part of the struggle that we face with pcs....the unknown situations/events that can trigger a setback. I share in your frustration!!
