Default Flying/Traveling with PCS

I have read some of the previous posts on this topic, but wondered what other tips people have or experiences that helped them travel more easily.

I have been starting to feel better, but still have sensory overload and fatigue (insomnia as well). It's been 18 months since my accident and I've been getting out more, but still lead a "minimal" life. We have a vacation planned with a large group and it's a good opportunity to travel with someone else handling all the details. This is an overseas trip to Spain.

This is what I have so far planned:

Bose noise canceling headphones AND earplugs

Asking Airline for assistance in better seating and easier boarding (is this ok to ask of them even though I am not considered "disabled"?)

Rest as soon as we are able to get into our room (we get to our destination in the morning and cannot get a room until the afternoon)

Taking a sinus med that will make me sleepy on the plane and keep my head more clear (if this works, it has helped me traveling pre PCS)

Have Klonopin with me for back up in case of anxiety

Anything else that I may be missing, I am over concerned!?
