Well,
I recently was contacted by Dr. Debbie, the specialist that has been mentioned for using the prism lenses. She actually reached me within a day of taking the online test which was rather shocking to be honest. I figured I wouldn't hear from anyone for a while. Anyways, she started off by asking me a few questions about the symptoms. I mentioned a few of them and she had me answer questions, and then she put me on hold and started asking me some new questions. This was the part that sort freaked me out a bit mostly because she described my life as of late. After I was done, she said that being that she deals with a lot of dizzy patients she often sees people with P.O.T.S. but with the lack of dr's experience with it, it usually goes undiagnosed. So, as of now she wants me to get a heart rate/bp tester to do some orthstatic tests to check. I did, and it turns out my heart rate and bp both change when I change positions (sitting to standing, etc.). I was wondering if anyone else has experience with it?? |
