Unhappy Returning Concussion Symptoms

Hi, i suffered from a concussion about 4 months ago. The symptoms were awful and lasted about a week then completely went away. I got a CT scan and everything was normal. Recently, within the past week or so i have found myself getting mildly to extremely dizzy again! Not fun. Is it normal to be feeling these symptoms again so far out from a concussion? It's a little scary to be honest. Any advice will help. Thanks!
