Free membership - has some good games that can help you. Check out Clue - Wonderland Memories - Stack 'em

They don't "measure" like lumosity does, but still good way to work on memory and cognitive stuff. You do have a place to check your "record" with wins, etc

This stuff use to come so easy for me...Everything did before my accident.

I've lost a lot and it's difficult to face sometimes. I miss my old brain so much

I couldn't get over 900 or six tiles
