Unhappy No More Messing Around

I am fed up, and setting up a team of people to help me at this point. I now have a psychiatrist I will be seeing weekly. He is also looking to start me on an antidepressent, which I am definitely willing to try. Also, in two weeks, I am seeing one of the best neurologists in the state with a PHD from Yale. I figure why not exhaust all the resources I have? I have great Insurance.

I am hoping that this neurologist can set me up with an assessment so I can determine my baseline as well. Can anybody think of anything else I should be doing? Thanks. About ready to end it all with another bang to the head lol.

Also, I had a blood test recently to rule out hormonal changes. Everything came back fine.

Default Perseverance even when you're hanging on the edge.

I feel overwhelmed and frayed at times by all of it~Just hanging on by a thread at times.

But it looks like you've got a good plan of action started...Remember it will take time and there's no quick prognosis, so persevere and stay the course.
