Default What's your RPQ score?

Not the best test ever, but still something to use as a form of referenece.

I'm at 18, 3 1/2 months PCS.

I'm at about 14-15, 4.5 months PCS (keeping in mind that I've been off work, so for the most part I haven't had to overexert myself).

Doing a quick guesstimate, my score in the initial weeks would probably have been about 25+.

Hmm. I feel grateful for how far I've come and I scored a 36. --Wondering if I should be so happy for this.

These self-reporting tests can be very unreliable. Once you start paying attention to a symptom, they often become more noticeable. There are quite a number of these tests floating around. They are often developed by NeuroPsych's and used by sports trainers in hopes of lessening the liability of the school or team when a athlete returns to play.

I think they can cause as much anxiety as any useful benefit.

Default Now and Then

Shortly after being concussed, I scored a 42. Three months later, I am scoring a 12.
