Ok..I just need to tell everyone (because I know how you guys will be happy for me). For my bday last month my husband gave me a gift certificate to Woodloch Spa in PA. I took my daughter (19 yrs old). We got massages (2 each), had wonderful meals, took a yoga class, hung in the outdoor jacuzzi. It was truly the best weekend I had in 13 months!

I felt like crap yesterday -- but I had a long weekend.

I took an ambien at 10 and slept from 10:30 to 7:30 and really felt decent most of the day (not symptom free, but got thru the day).

I'm so grateful that he really knew what I needed -- it was an awesome gift.

Massage -- wonderful -- even if you can't get to a weekend spa, please get a massage for yourself. It really is fantastic
