Default headaches for 10 days

I have one question.

Can a headache that changes position and type regularly (not on a specific region or type, sometimes pressure, sometimes burning sensation, sometimes sharp pain) be linked to a concussion. At first, it is like sharp pain that goes and returns between the line forehead and center of back of the head then, it switches to tension headache, bilateral pain, my head is like in a vice. It lasts for daylong and does not respond to painkillers. By the way pain is mild to moderate.

I think it may have psychological basis, because if a structural damage caused it, then specific region would hurt and there would be other problems like nausea, dizziness or sleep disorders.

In past, I suffered this kind of headaches, then an anti-depressant worked (5mg Essitalopram), and i had got rid of it, Is it a good idea to start to take that medicine again?

What do you advise?
