Well, it's 5 à.m. and I'vebeen awake since 3. I have trouble with tinnitus post my concussion and of yesterday my pulse keeps throbbing loudly in my right ear. It's à nuisance, but bearable. Anyone know if this comes w pcs?

I removed the duplicate for you.
I get a pulse-like sound in my head when my neck muscles get very tight. Chiro called it a bruit. Are your neck muscles tight or strained? If so they could have triggerpoints also ( very small sore spots in the muscle)

I get awful "whooshing" sounds in my head. I've mentioned it to my Nuero and he increased my medication. I think it's part of the PCS.
