I got up too quickly from my seat. A few hours ago. Have been dizzy since. Almost fell, but landed in my chair.
Makes doing laundry up & down the stairs through a baby gate w/a slightly twisted ankle quite challenging. Also, the weather & time changed recently. And I went off my whey protein. Maybe I should get more. I'm trying to determine the cause- Thanks. |

Weather, specifically barometric pressure changes, have affected my feelings of dizziness over the course of my year long pcs. It is disconcerting but I try to remind myself that it will pass.
Sorry you are dealing with this, hope that it will be short lived!! |

Thanks.
I'm trying to be very careful, but it is so hard not to bump into things right now to have multiple injuries going. Lord willing it will pass soon- |
