I find it's best to focus on "just today". Otherwise, it gets too overwhelming.

I feel for you! My 3rd/4th months were the hardest of all. But, yes!, things have improved.

Hang in there! You're beginning to heal - even though it will be awhile before you'll be able to see it.

Four almost five months out here. It does get better. I promise. I kept thinking there was a trick or a secret about how to deal with the tbi/pcs issue-but there isn't. It's just time. I'm almost scared to say out loud that after almost five months, I'm not dizzy anymore on the right side. I'm doing better finding the words I want-not 100%, but better than it was.

Hang in there. It will get better.
