Confused updating my postconcussion

well i realize its not just dizziness,headache ,nausea and what ever else come with it .I went to the hospt. they admitted me for a few days in there for testing i did not know they was doing test on me for seizures ,come to find out i have the shakes, tremors and passing out my shakes has move to uncontrolling shakes, in my legs and arms my head moves as well to with tremors .After they took my test it shows i do have it , and some doctors says its stress which i know there lying. so i am going for more help and oppioins ,because after i left the hospt. The same day i passed out and hit my head on the wall ,and started treming and shaking at home and my speech messed up on me so iam back confused my dr.trying to tell me to see an physcologist her next step and she also took me off seizure medicine that the other dr .prescribe for me i am so confused but i do know its not an mental thing.this happen to me since i got an head injury ,well if anyone has answer i will be glad to hear them.
