Frown Almost lost my balance & fell this morning. Anyone else as well?

Strange, because I usually don't feel dizzy when I get up out of bed, and I get up slowly.

Hasn't happened before in the past 16 months.

I swung my left foot back & didn't fall. The foot, ankle, knee & hip are all feeling it, though.

Hoping the foot especially will get better soon.

Thanks for reading-
