Default Perfect storm warning

Well its been a while since i posted and been over 4 years now with PCS and TBI all caused by a head on car collision -

anyway - my Dr. like many of you put me on an exercise rehab regime, as well as a physiotherapist chiropractor for deep tissue massage intended to alleviate the pain of exercise as well as tear the scar tissue. The goal was to get me back into a position where i could work as wanted by the insurance company

After going at it for over a year , my headaches worsened, my injuries hurt more all leading to a collapse at the chiros office - they had to take me by ambulance to the ER and it was touch and go - the perfect storm

well that was in 4 months ago and I just starting to come out of the fog -

I'm with a new Doctor now who is taking a more holistic approach - getting all the things we can control in order - BP, Heart rate, cholesterol etc- with the sole goal of making me feel better. period!

I just wanted you all to know - that the physical approach is not always the best and darn near ended me

all the best
