Default Rough start to New Year

I stayed up too late last night. No alcohol. Just didn't go to bed as soon as I felt tired. I'm paying for it this morning. PCS - It's just as bad as a hangover but a hangover goes away and, for me, PCS doesn't.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon. Thankfully, after two glasses of beer, and going to bed at 11:15 I feel fine today.

Except for my left forearm- the recycling bin lid swung down onto it today while I was trying to keep a door from swing into me from behind. And I have really thin arms. No broken bone. Don't even see a bruise.

But a bad start to the new year- this pain.

Hope everyone else is OK.
