Default Blogging

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share that recently I started my own blog. I found its a good stress relief and it helps me get out the stresses and anxieties associated with post-concussion syndrome. My doctor advised me to see a counselor to talk about all the difficulties involved with dealing with this type of injury. In the mean time, I have found blogging to somewhat "therapeutic" and sharing it with family and friends can help them to understand what I am going through.

Starting a blog is free on most websites. Too much computer time can be a trigger for headaches for me, so I am sure to monitor/ limit the time I spend on it.

Check out my blog at: http://presentlypostconcussion.wordpress.com/

Like it! Glad it's helping.

4 months off to do nothing! that must be great!
Luckily for them noone has said that to me. I think someone did start to say something along those lines, but were stopped mid-sentence by the steely look in my eyes lol.
