I wasn't able to work for a little over a year after the accident that gave me the tbi. When I started working, I only worked 4 hours every other day, MWF for four months until I was able to increase my hours.
I hope you seriously consider Mark's recommendation to reduce either your hours or responsibilities or both because it will help you to rest and therefore heal faster.

Unfortunately, those are not options that can be provided for me. We don't have enough adult help in the building as it is.
That's why I enjoy working with children. I felt I was on their level, now even more so. They're little so if you forget a word, they just fill in the blank for you and are very proud to help. And I may have said this before, they are what keeps me going. We may watch a 30 min. science/learning video twice a week. that seems to help
