Lymph drainage
Hello Mark in Idaho, and anyone else who may search and read this old thread.
I had a second adult head injury, first in 2017, most recent in Oct 2022. I also had late stage Lyme disease in 2008 which I believe Wars effectively treated. I’m writing on this thread because I don’t yet know how to post a new thread as a new member. Also, I searched “lymph” as none of the specialists I work with know why I appear to be accumulating small pockets of liquid under my eyes, worse after manipulation or massage of upper back/neck. I sought out someone for lymphatic massage and this relieves the symptoms. I see lots of talk about the glymph system of the brain, but little to explain why I am accumulating what appears to be lymph under my eyes. My lymphatic masseuse says she’s never seen this before and wonders if I don’t have a CSF leak? I did not have MRI done, should I? Any thoughts, please? Thank you, Iris (TenderHead) |
The most common CSF leaks are through the back of the sinus cavity behind the eyes and nose.
