It kind of defeats the purpose of using earplugs, you know?
I ate carrots .. lots of them at first .. I am a care giver and I let myself run down .. I'm to old to be farming, but I do it anyway.

Tamanu Oil .. must be fresh and from a good source .. behind the ear .. I get mine at Mountain Rose Herbs dot com .. do the search at the top of the page. I am so impressed with this oil .. I have used it for dizziness, hay fever, skin cancer, colds, a shoulder that hurt for two years in the joints, any sudden muscle or joint pain, bruises ... Boer goat kids getting sick from Mom's milk when they hit their first heat cycle, dog with his lights out (in the eyes) .. it cured it all. I feel like I'm living in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" with the Windex bottle.

Exactly like my story!
You can go and have an audiogram test, it might get better with more time, but thats a small possibility it will, doc said mine will stay like that for rest of my life, 20-40decibels worse then left, but that aint the worst case.
