My brain likes music that has a flow. For me, this music is too random. When my brain has an idea of what to expect and a tempo to follow, it can relax.

If others can relax to Brian Eno, good for you. Just not my cup of tea.

Yeah, fair enough. Different types of music work for different people, and there's definitely no "one size fits all" here.

I would be interested to hear some of the songs/pieces others find very calming, if people are willing to post them here (if they're on youtube).
