Help Anyone else end up w/limited sleep due to a blocked nasal passage?

Just caught my first (?) cold since the TBI, and the nasal passage blocked up, reulting in less oxygen to the brain. And less than four hours of sleep.

And we know how important sleep is for recovery.

Maybe NCR will realign the nasal pasages- after the cold is over, maybe.

Just putting this out there- but my focus is on Christ & others. This body is just a shell to be discarded in time. Just making online conversation. No offense to anyone. Thanks!
