Help Anyone else end up w/limited sleep due to a blocked nasal passage?

Just caught my first (?) cold since the TBI, and the nasal passage blocked up, reulting in less oxygen to the brain. And less than four hours of sleep.

And we know how important sleep is for recovery.

Maybe NCR will realign the nasal pasages- after the cold is over, maybe.

Just putting this out there- but my focus is on Christ & others. This body is just a shell to be discarded in time. Just making online conversation. No offense to anyone. Thanks!

Default Re: suggestion

Just a suggestion. I don't usually recommend any over the counter products. When I get a cold, or am stopped up so I can't sleep I use Afrin. This is a good product, but you can get hooked on it so bewhere of that property. It will reduce the swelling in your sinus cavities during your cold for 12 hours or more. this has also worked for me during a sinus infection. I have algeries as well. I wish you all the best, and hope you sleep better. Product really does work. ginnie

I agree. I use this too. I have to take it several hours before bedtime, though. If I take it too close to bedtime, it keeps me awake.

Perhaps this should go in the inspirational quotes thread lol

Good luck with the sleep, I keep waking up too early and it's doing my nut.
