Here, I just posted an update on my med transition: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...657#post855657

I couldn't go above 30 mg of amitriptyline because I got really dizzy.

My doctor called me this past weekend after I had left a message with his office earlier last week. He says I should up the nortriptyline to 30mg in an effort to get more sleep. I pretty much guessed he would say that. The norty has helped with the headaches (I almost have none now), but I'm not convinced it has helped with my sleep at all. Don't really want to take more of it, but I'm due for a follow up visit in a couple weeks and if I don't do what he recommends I'm concerned he'll put me in the "bad" patient category.
