Shocked Medication issues

Well I realized that I was messing up my medications. I was forgetting I took them and doubled up. This is reaking havoc. Ive run out of meds that I cant renew. Too soon. I ended up buying a pill box organizer months ago. I thought I had it under control and stopped using it. My husband called me out on it and was upset I stopped using it. I guess I have to accept my limitations and go with the flow.

I have struggled to keep track of meds. I have had to experiment with different systems to help me keep track. It is a personal issue that needs to be considered seriously.

Maybe your husband can help you find a system that works. The pill box organizer is not just a memory aid but it is also a stress reducer. The need to not stress about committing things to memory can be a big help. I suggest to use as many memory aids as you can. The predictability will reduce the stress of your day.

It is when we take our functions for granted that they jump up and bite us.

Hope you find a solution.

My best to you.
