Default Is anyone taking this?

Just wondering if anyone is on Propranalol to help Migraines? If so, do you experience any numbness/tingling in your extremities?

I have been on it for 2 months now and in addition to making me very tired (although not tired enough to help me sleep through the night) it also gives me the pins & needles feeling and light headedness.

Oh and I can't forget the weight gain...love it!

Are you taking it 'As needed'? or do you take it consistently?

I have taken it but only 'As needed.' I have never had a problem.

Numbness in extremities is a listed side-effect. Weight gain is also a listed side effect.

Hi Mark, I take it daily 80 Mg. I will be thrilled when I can stop taking it. So far it has lessend the severity of the Migraines but does nothing for the tension/pressure headaches.

I am going next week for Injections to help the Migraines and i'm hoping that the propranalol will not be needed anymore.
