Default tinnitus

I have my appointment tomorrow with the Head Injury clinic tomorrow. I am dreading it. I've looked back at all my appts and they are very generic I'd say. Everytime I go I see the Neuropsychologists who speaks with me and then he usually says, "Well I dont think you need to see the surgeon". They schedule a follow up and such is life. He thinks my "anxiety" is causing my symptoms and making me worse. Well this time I'm able to go back and say... Listen, I'm seeing an anxiety specialist that they recommended I see. He doesn't think my anxiety is causing my symptoms to worsen. He feels that my injury and the symptoms that I'm dealing with is causing my symptoms.

I do have a couple of questions. I'm debating wether or not to bring them up. My first is the head whooshing sounds. I mean it can get so loud and physically it feels like I'm gonna to fall over along with my head blowing up.

I have a new symptom and I'm not sure if it's related. I have in my upper back a burning sensation along my spine. I almost thought I tore my esophogal membrane taking the vicodin. This symptom isn't all day, everyday but when it happens it hurts.

I have also noticed since my injury that sometimes I have to pee and when I'm peeing I dont feel that I'm peeing and I have to visually look to make sure I'm done. I never thought about maybe my injury causing this. My friend thinks it's worth mentioning.

I didn't want the doc who thinks I'm crazy to think I'm crazier. lol I want to make sure this "whooshing"sound sensation isn't something worse.

I am no longer insured. I am on workman's comp for the injury so that is the only service that is covered.

Am I right to be concerned? If I speak with the Doctor how can I phrase these questions?

My last appt with another neuro said he was worried about my situation being permanent. I know it hasn't been enough time but I was thinking after nine months shouldn't I be getting better?

Yesterday I was returning my cans at the grocery store. The constant back and forth made me unsteady. I was thinking perhaps I could do some physical job but now... I'm not so sure.
