Default Exercices...

Today i did a 42 inch vertical leap jump and afterwards felt dizzy for some mins, hopefully nothing bad happened, then i felt fine, as usually once i got in room weres warm, started good old mild headaches.

So yeah plain and simple, is it smart to return to basketball court ? Im planing to do it this weekend...And yes, im pretty much willing to take the risk!

Just took hot bath: iv noticed 2 things

1)When all my body except eyes and nose were under water i could hear with ears my heartbeats under water which very kinda noisy lol

2)Same situation, but when i closed my eyes strongly came another noise: it was like car engine is starting...

Any experiences ? Thanks

The bath was pretty hot, so obviously i feel like i just run marathon, but aint the worst feeling...

I would suggest not to take the risk. Nothing is more important than your health.

Apparently you are not fully recovered yet. Otherwise you won't have symptoms. Do mild exercise and don't trigger your symptoms. Return to the court only after you are completely symptom free. That's what my doctor told me. Triggering symptoms means you are giving your brain false alarms. That's no good.

Take care,
