Default Amantadine and PCS

I was prescribed 100mg of amantedine for my head a month and a half ago for my "fogginess". I have taken it every day since then and it has helped a little bit. I wanna stop taking it thought because of the risks of long term side effects and I don't like being "medicated". Is it ok to just stop whenever I want to with the amantadine, or talk to my doc?

penguinsfan7,
I was also on Amatadine for a while. I didn't notice any difference other than the Fatigue and lightheadedness but I was taking Norytriptiline too. My Doc had me taper off of the meds over a course of 2 weeks, so I would suggest you talk to your s before going off of it.

Take Care
