I don't know what happens with anyone else....

I have pressure in my head, well in my ears, which are on my head. They feel tight and full. I guess I get the same feeling in my temples and forehead. For me it is a physical feeling. I don't think there is any actual pressure, but the headache / earache causes a feeling like pressure.

The fog seems to be to me unclarity: seeking for words, thoughts, memories --like i'm reaching into a fog to find that one thing that I can't locate.

This is just my own experience.

For me "fog" has to do with a slowness in my thinking that wasn't there before the accident I was in that caused it. It also has to do with not being able to think clearly - which I don't ever remember experiencing before the accident. I used to think super quick and now I feel very slow - but I'm faster than I was a year ago. (The accident I was in was about 20 months ago.) So, I'm still hopeful that the fog will go away completely someday and I'll be able to think clearly again. And quickly.

The pressure has to do with the way my head feels physically.
