Your neuro is correct in being skeptical about chiros. In my experience with more than 18 chiros over 30+years, only 5 or 6 were good at true healing skills. The rest were best at healing their wallets.

Even NUCCA chiros differ greatly. If the NUCCA chiro does not suggest it, ice after each treatment.

I wish you the best with NUCCA. I tried it but had to stop before seeing any long term benefit because my insurance was denying coverage and the chiro's business manager was 'less than professional.'
