Findings brain mri with and without contrast
Impression: Scattered areas of abnormal signal in the subcortical white matter of both cerebral hemispheres with nonspecfic apperance. Differential diagonastic considerations include white matter shear imagesin this patient with history of head trauma and concussion as well as areas of microvascular ischemia that can be seen in patients with headache syndromes. Any input would help. Thanks
