Default things are getting worse

So i posted how i fainted exactly a week ago. I don't remember any of it nor do i remember if I hit my head (im assuming i did but i dont have headaches). Since 5 days ago i have been getting more and more confused to the point where i cant drive because im so disoriented. When i get confused enough i start to have a bad panic attack. No doctor has helped me yet i've been to 3 emergency rooms. is there any end in sight? i cant live day to day like this anymore all i can do is lay in my bed thats it. and being awake is becoming unbearable because im so incredibly confused. my ct scan came back negative. do i have some underlying neurological disorder they missed? i tried googling what disorders cause confusion and im coming up with nothing. I thought i had a concussion but no where on my head hurts and i dont have headaches. please help.
