I know caffeine is a no no--and I have been avoiding it at all costs. But what about decaff coffee, which contains some caffeine? I have been drinking tea that naturally has no caffeine (e.g., chamomile), but have avoided decaf coffee. Thoughts?

I wouldn't worry about the small bit of caffeine in decaf.
