Frown ahh return of symptoms

Oh. My. Gosh. I don't know what I did, if I ate too much sugar last night, or if work is finally catching up to me.

I am Soooo Sick this morning. stabbing headache in left temple, frequent trips to the bathroom, very shaky. It's like day one all over again. I was hoping that I wouldn't have my symptoms sneak up on me again; that I was finally going to be better.

It is frustrating and depressing too, because I really wanted to be ready to test in order to complete my Police training. Looks like I am going to not have that part of the dream. Dealing with feeling like a weak failure...but have to remember, it is not my fault this person I trained with was not being responsible. Maybe it is a sign.

Oh well! I know from previous threads that this is normal, so I am not freaking out or anything, I just needed to vent, and I don't have anywhere else to do it.
Thanks for listening.

Dolfinwolf,
Sorry to hear you are suffering today!

Its good to have a place to vent... where people understand.

Not sure if it will help you, but drink lots of water... I got a bit dehydrated in the heat the other day and felt AWFUL... after I came inside and cooled off I felt some better, but once I started downing lots of water, many of my symptoms subsided. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but maybe worth a try.

Take it easy today and feel better.
