Default Amitriptyline and Vision Therapy - Catch 22?

I was wondering if anyone had any insight on specifically what damage Amitriptyline(Elavil) can possibly do to your vision. Internet research for me just pulls up results of "blurry vision" and not much more detail than that. I was wondering exactly what it can do to the eye.

I am concerned because I am undergoing vision therapy for vision convergence insufficiency and also taking 30mg of Amitriptyline a day. I am worried that the Amitriptyline could possibly negate the effects of the vision therapy. I don't have blurry vision but wondering if the drug can cause subtle changes to the optic nerve or eye muscles. I told my vision therapist that I was on Amitriptyline but she didn't seem concerned.

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
