Overall im doing real good. ive been working full time and doing my thing ive already made a thread stating this.
sensitivity to light is my biggest issue. i can tell its getting better because i can type on the computer and have my room lights back to normal from before i had my pcs and outside i really dont need glasses but i noticed around car tail lights and stop lights and around my cable box or anything that really shines bright and is not natural light i tend to have issues with. i noticed the lights seems to shine really bright and double in size. its hard to explain. overall if this issue for light was gone id be A-OK. BESIDES vision therapy(i dont have the cash for it) what can i do or do i just have to wait it out? someone told me i will have light issues and the minor headaches that come with them for about 1 year....its been 4 months |

I don't think anybody can tell you how long light issues will persist.
It sounds like you may have more of a struggle with getting locked onto the bright lights. It can be like tinnitus. Once we start focusing on the ringing in our ears, it appears to get worse. Learning to focus away from the lights will likely be a big help. It means you have to find something else to look at and focus on.

Yeah, I really think that vision therapy is the only thing you could do that might help that. You could possibly do some on your own at home if you google "convergence exercises" or "accommodation exercises." There may be some available on the internet.
