Do you think cutting weight can prolong pcs? The last couple of months ive been cutting alot of weight while ive had PCS (like 15 lbs im 6'0 180lbs now)trying to get abs for summer and have been eating alot less food and carbs. I take a multi vitamen and fish oil and recarb every saturday but could eating like 500-1000 less calories a day and under 100 carbs prolonged my pcs. A couple weeks ago i thought i was in the clear but every couple days my pcs seems to creep back for a few days its weird.

If your weight loss is causing you to loose fat, the result will be more toxins being released as the fat soluble toxins stored get metabolized.
Also, the brain needs good energy and being in energy debt is not necessarily healthy for a struggling brain.
