Default Falling

Sorry to hear how difficult it is. I feel for you. I was very active and went to the gym regularly. While I have been recouping I can not exercise it brings on a crushing bad headache.

I have lost twelve pounds all muscle weight. I am only a short guy and not that big so twelve pounds off my frame is a huge difference in two months.

Hang in there and try and stay positive. Post anytime you need support.

Hope you feel better.
