No meds for headaches or anything else. My specialist thought it best not to take anything unless I really had to (e.g., for depression). I never got to that point, but who knows - taking something might have helped when my symptoms were at their worst. I've been walking about 60-90 mins per day, usually something like 2 x 35-40 mins. I'm still not walking consistently at normal pace, but am getting closer. I'm now on a fairly consistent sleep schedule and get up around 7 am and go for a walk first thing, which has helped (I don't think about it, just do it every day). But I didn't force this - for over a year I was sleeping in, sometimes until 9:00 or 10:00 am or even later. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I am seeing some encouraging signs. |

During my walk this morning, a woman who lives in my neighbourhood stopped her car, rolled down the window, and said, "I see you doing rehab...you're doing good, you're doing really good. Keep it up."
Fourth nice comment in recent months. |
