All blood tests came back normal and I know it's something!

My massage therapist says my back is inflamed and she pressed on the tender points and I screamed. They aren't trigger points as the pain doesn't spread to other areas.

She said my arms are tight as well as the rest of my body. She also remarked on how my muscles were in complete spasm fits during the session. I felt zero relief from this.

I go back at noon and then to the doc for my Neurologists report. Not sure what to expect. Do docs always call u to come in? Even if its normal?
My Neurologist said my PCS is healing so I don't expect much from his report.

augh...I know that feeling exactly.

I had every test in the book (well it felt like it) run and docs said I was "fine" since nothing came up abnormal. And it wasn't like I wanted something abnormal, but I almost wished something showed up because then it would explain my problems!!!!

It is hard because I felt crazy because no one was validating my very real pains and issues.

I am sorry I don't know what to say, because nothing really makes it better, but I hope your doc appt goes well. Let us know how it goes.

No-one here will ever deny or trivialize your pain, I don't think. We know what it feels like. We also know what it's like to have all the tests come back "normal". All that means is that medical technology hasn't advanced to the point where it can detect our maladies.

Oh yes I agree! Here is the only place I was getting validated for a long while is what I should have said! I am not good at articulating correctly sometimes....i hope I didn't offend anyone!
