Dr Joseph Mercola suggests the herb marjoram to aid with sleep and anxiety issues.
He also recommends bacopa extract to help with memory problems. His top recommendation is tumeric/curcumin. Has anybody tried this?

I've been chucking turmeric into everything I can ever since I read about it in a chapter on dietary evidence in a great big Cambridge University press neurorehab textbook.
As well as making everything yellow a period of great improvement did follow - though I did make a lot of other lifestyle changes at the same time. Thanks for the info, will try the marjoram ![]()
