Default Marjoram for sleep and anxiety

Dr Joseph Mercola suggests the herb marjoram to aid with sleep and anxiety issues.

He also recommends bacopa extract to help with memory problems.

His top recommendation is tumeric/curcumin.

Has anybody tried this?

I've been chucking turmeric into everything I can ever since I read about it in a chapter on dietary evidence in a great big Cambridge University press neurorehab textbook.

As well as making everything yellow a period of great improvement did follow - though I did make a lot of other lifestyle changes at the same time.

Thanks for the info, will try the marjoram
