Default Improved Desicion Making

I am 2+ years into this new life of mine. Just today I realized I am making more rational decisions. I can, once again, trust and not second guess every decision I make. I'm not saying it's easy. It takes a toll on my brain; it exhausts me. But the process is working.

I bet you have become more methodical in your decision making. This can lead to a lower stress condition for the brain to process the decision.

Good to hear you are moving forward.

My best to you.
