Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sounds like your brain has had enough trauma. Your first concussion did not heal completely. It left you with a brain that is sensitive to further impacts. Plus, your continued concussions and other impacts have left your brain in a further weakened state. If I were you, I would stop contact sports. You have too much life ahead of you. Heading a soccer ball is a sub-concussive impact with similar stresses as a body check in hockey. I doubt your head aches are just related to sugar levels. The body checks are stressing your neck. You should be icing your head and upper neck as often as possible. I bet you have tender areas behind your ears. This is muscle spasm from the neck trauma. Take care of your head and neck. With proper discipline, you should be able to get back to a normal life without excessive head aches so you can continue your education. My best to you.
