QUOTE DFayesMom
"Being still is difficult for me, but I've been working on being present in the moment. It's hard."

DFayesMom,

This is so true for me.
It is very hard.
It is indeed 'work'.
And in no way would ADD or ADHD accurately describe me 'as I was' for 4+ decades of my life, prior to MTBI-PCS.

Being quiet is not a difficulty for me.
"Being still", i.e. with my own mind, "just simply" as it is, is enormously difficult for me.

I am encouraged by your statement above ... "working on being present in the moment."
That's really everything, as I hope to truly come to know and embody.

Sending you some energy of supportiveness toward your own effort to remain truly present as well.
