True that DFayesMom and ThetaZ. Also working on to "concentrate the mind on the present moment".

Dizziness really sucks!!! Been dealing with that all along (31/2 years). Not room spinning but sea legs, some pushing from behind feeling , feeling like falling, sinking etc., Any external stimulation makes it worse when too many things happening around.

Hope you recover spontaneously.
